Getting A Flat Belly in 30 Days – How To Guide

Getting a flat belly in 30 days is challenging to figure out when a deadline day is coming soon. The stress of the calendar by itself can drive you nuts and prevent fat loss from happening! Today we are going to take a look at one of many ways how we Asian girls use little tricks and strategies to lose stomach fat in a hurry when we need to get lean fast!

Getting A Flat Belly in 30 days – How To Guide

The first thing I suggest to weight loss clients when confronted with a slim down deadline, is to cut out two key things that make our tummies look bloated, soft, and overweight:

Salt and Sugar.

If you eat salt you might not realize it, but it forces you to retain up to TEN TIMES its own weight in water inside your body, which in turn means when you are gulping down french fries, or another salty snack, you’re carrying out double damage to your look: Gaining weight AND gaining water.

So the first thing we’re going to do is knock out the salt (and sodium). Make it a top priority.

In conjunction with that, drink two times the amount of water on a daily basis that you are currently. We do this due to the fact the body actually is aware that any time you’re consuming a lot of water it means you’ve got ample access to water…so it doesn’t need to hoard or save it for a crisis. Drink MORE water and retain LESS water. Easy enough. 🙂

Our second thing to get rid of is Sugar. This one is more difficult for obvious reasons haha!

You need to eliminate the sugar until your deadline because it ALSO leads to heavy amounts of water retention. Carbohydrates actually drive water into the cells of both muscles and other organs, which gives you a bloated puffy look.

Don’t Believe Those Diet Pill Before and After Pics!

Ever think about how the individuals in diet pill commercials cut down so much body weight and look sexy in “just 30 days”?

Well the industry’s dirty little secret is that the people in the ads were placed on a hugely high carbohydrate/salt diet for three weeks ahead of the “before” photo shoot. They then start on a no-carb/no-sugar diet for the next month, at the end of which they shoot the “After” photo.

What happens? By the end of the three weeks of ingesting all those carbs they seem to be 15-25 pounds overweight…when in reality they haven’t gained more than 3-5 pounds of genuine fat…

Then once they go to a high-protein/no carb/no salt diet they immediately shed all that water weight, look sexy, and shoot the “After” photo.

Did they really eliminate any fat? Nope. It’s an illusion the majority of the time and it’s legal for the companies to promote this way. So no diet pills ladies, they DO NOT work.

The purpose of this story is to get you to do the same as the “actresses” in these commercials when you have a deadline to look good approaching and you need to drop a couple dress sizes. Eliminate the salt, eliminate the sugar, and drink a huge amount of water. That alone will get you most of the way there.

Add in a good quality protein diet (lean meat, chicken, fish, tofu), and you’ll be astonished at how fast you apparently drop inches.

The Bottom Line is You Must Take Action Now!

Everybody I talk with these days is sick of the hottest diet products, where you’re either STARVING or hoping to live through REDICULOUS exercise sessions to get in shape.

Instead, let me teach you a simple method that will quickly drop 10 pounds off your belly and thighs in less than a month without any sweating. The technique is so easy that I actually recommend doing it while relaxing on the couch watching TV!
