These foods are also considered as ideal foods by health and fitness experts. A few examples of these foods would be vegetables, whole grain foods and fruits. In addition to that, you can also include certain kinds of beans in the list.

Studies say that low carbohydrate diet can help you in losing weight which means that the kind of carbohydrates you would need are those that are low glycemic and complex.
